LINDE REPLACES MNI’S ENTIRE FLEET

Established in 1996 in Pahang, Mentakab, Malaysian Newsprint Industries (MNI) is one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of paper across South East Asia, with customers from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and so on. It produces nearly 280,000 tonnes of newsprint from its pulp and paper mill in Mentakab, Pahang.

MNI previously operated Toyota and TCM diesel torque converter forklift with paper roll clamp, bale-clamp and hinge fork attachment at its manufacturing plant for the past ten years. They have been facing issues with frequent engine overheating and hydraulic leaks due to excessive heat from the operating environment.

Linde managed to convince MNI with our Hydrostatic forklift and has successfully converted their whole 13-unit fleet, resolving their overheating problem, therefore reducing forklift breakdown too.
