1. Business Development Team Leader

Job scope /Responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt sales strategies
  • Lead and provide sales coaching for a small team
  • Accountable for achieving/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quota
  • Follow-up on leads and submit quotes.
  • Arrange and conduct product demo.
  • Cold calling (at least 1 year of experience in a hunter-focused sales role)
  • Update data and reporting in CRM
  • Participate in tenders (government)
  • Conduct operator’s training upon truck delivery


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in industrial sales (Preferably in the Chinese Forklift/MHE Markets)
  • Possesses own vehicle (added advantage)
  • Familiar with CRM tools
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Willing to work at Loyang Way
2. Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Description

  • Fulfill targets in Sales and turnover and market-share as agreed by management to the best possible result in their designated sales territories
  • Follow-up on leads and submit quotes
  • Arrange and conduct demonstration
  • Initiate cold calling
  • Update data in CRM
  • Participate in tenders (government)
  • Conduct operators in training

Requirements

  • At least a NITEC certificate
  • Working experience - 1 to 3 years
  • Sales Experience in industrial products (experience in logistics/supply chain field as Logistics Executive or Marketing/business development is advantageous)
  • Email writing/ CRM tools/managing contacts
  • MS office
  • Possesses own vehicle

3. Field Service Technician

Job scope /Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment inspections to identify potential problems and safety concerns
  • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis on all components and systems of the equipment.
  • Isolates equipment malfunctions.
  • Replace and/or repair faulty components and systems on equipment.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run according to the manufacturer's specifications
  • Maintain parts and supplies needed for job completion
  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicle is in safe operating condition
  • Maintain a culture of safety & participate in all safety meetings
  • Responsible for properly and accurately filling out all job cards in service CRM
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Responsible for maintaining all tools are in safe working conditions
  • Picks up parts and performs other tasks as assigned
  • Return unused parts to the service coordinator/CSS
  • Return faulty parts to the workshop team leader
  • Complete basic and advanced technical training as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education
  • ITE - Automotive
  • Engineering Diploma

 

License

  • Minimum class 3 driving license
  • Forklift license

 

Skills

  • Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Hand and power tool operation
  • Electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines
  • Basic knowledge and ability to use desktop and mobile PCs

 

Others

  • 0-2 yrs Experience (minimum 1 year experience as a mechanic)
  • 5.5 days week (alternate Saturdays)
  • Willing to support OT if required
