JOB VACANCIES

1. Business Development Executive (In-house)

To fill up the regular sales gap of Eco and on-line products, such as 1284, Baoli and any product from OEM. Mainly office-based for web or phone searching for opportunities as an additional channel to existing sales team, to create revenue, improve market coverage.

Job Description

• Create leads, based on the replacement of existing ECON segment from competitors via online channel and enter data into CRM

• Preparation and confirmation of final customer specification and process the order via the sales admin channel

• Work together with online shop and widen the contents inside the e-channel

• Ad hoc task according to the APAC’s requirement related to ECO products.

• Arrange and conduct in-house demo

• Conduct Operators training


Job Requirements

• At least GCE ‘A’ level certificate

• Working experience – 5 to 8 years

• Sales Experience in industrial products – 1 to 3 years (e.g. logistics/supply chain field as well.

Candidate can be Logistics Executive or Marketing/business development for logistics

companies)

• Email writing/ CRM tools/managing contacts

• MS office

2. Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Description

• Fulfill targets in Sales and turnover and market-share as agreed by management to the best possible result in their designated sales territories

• Follow-up on leads and submit quotes

• Arrange and conduct demonstration

• Initiate cold calling

• Update data in CRM

• Participate in tenders (government)

• Conduct operators in training

Job Requirements

• At least a NITEC certificate

• Working experience – 1 to 3 years

• Sales Experience in industrial products (eg. logistics/supply chain field as well. Candidate can

be Logistics Executive or Marketing/business development for logistics companies for the

past 3 years)

• Email writing/ CRM tools/managing contacts

• MS office

• Possesses own vehicle

3. Service Coordinator

Job description

§ creating job login, issue of job cards ( arrangement of jobs)

§ monitor pm for sale and rental

– ensure no preventive maintenance is missed out.

– scanning of preventive maintenance contracts

§ filing of service reports and preventive maintenance checklists

§ monitor van servicing and inspection

§ ordering of sundries

§ process technicians claims

§ monitoring of spare parts and ordering of spare parts to subsidiary

§ login of batteries breakdown and follow up with Customer Sales Service Executive for batteries and chargers

§ issuing of spare parts

§ follow up on quotation jobs approve

follow up on tasks assign

 

Job Requirements

–       at least NITEC or technical diploma

–       1-3 years working experience

–       Microsoft office Skills

–       positive attitude, active

       mobile phone/line provided

–       13th month
